The Initial Evaluation: An assessment session during which I'll work with you to understand your unique physical and psychological profile. Through observation, questions and other diagnostic techniques I'll collect information that will help determine your doshic constitution at conception and identify if imbalances are present.

The Findings: Second session that usually takes place a week after the initial evaluation. We'll discuss the foundational principles of Ayurveda. You'll receive a summary of your constitution as well as initial guidance on your journey towards balance.

Follow up sessions: We'll work together on creating a personalized program through refining your diet and lifestyle and utilizing natural therapies. You'll receive an ongoing education on how to apply the healing principle of Ayurveda to your life. At least four follow up sessions is recommended to integrate the guidance.
